Due to the pandemic, the kick-off meeting was held online and it was an opportunity to establish common goals and the purpose in completing the project activities. The KoM was a chance to get the entire team on the same page in all the areas related to the implementation of project activities: partners’ roles and responsibilities, financial management and dissemination, with a special focus on the European Platforms (eTwinning, Scientix, Salto).
The two-day meeting also gave the project team an opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions and clarify any grey areas.
